The challenge.

I&DCOM faced the challenge of managing a large number of daily service requests, requiring a centralized system for tracking tickets, malfunction history, assigned technicians, repair status, and client communication - all in one place with quick search and reporting capabilities.

Our solution.

We developed a fully customized CRM system using React for responsive and intuitive frontend, Node.js and Express for backend with real processes, MongoDB for flexible database, with design created in Figma enabling quick ticket entry. The system includes a dashboard with statistics, notification system, repair status tracking, parts inventory, and automatic report generation.
